High Pressure Drain Cleaning That Scours Pipes Back to Bare Walls

A drain snake punches a hole through a clog, but grease, soap scum, and mineral scale stay stuck to the pipe walls. Hydro jetting sends a stream of water at thousands of PSI through a specialized nozzle that scours the full inside of the pipe. It flushes the debris out to the city main.

For an ordinary sink or tub clog, our standard drain cleaning service is usually the faster and more affordable fix. Jetting is for the lines that keep coming back.

It works well in Tarrant County, where many homes in neighborhoods like Fairmount, Ryan Place, and Arlington Heights still have original cast iron or clay sewer pipe. Mature live oaks and pecans send roots toward those joints, and our shifting clay soil can open small gaps for roots to get in.

How We Clear Your Line

Step-by-Step Sewer Line Jetting Services We Provide

Every job follows the same four steps, so you always know what is happening inside your pipe and why.

Camera Inspection Before Sewer Hydro Jetting

We run a camera through the line first so we know what is inside and where it is. We check for cracked pipe, sagging sections, and separated joints. If the pipe is too damaged to jet safely, we tell you plainly and talk through repair options instead.

Root Cutting During Clogged Sewer Line Cleaning

Roots are a common cause of main line backups in older Fort Worth neighborhoods. A rotating jetting nozzle cuts root masses away from the pipe walls and flushes them downstream. That restores full flow without digging up your yard.

Drain Jetting for Grease and Scale

Kitchen lines collect grease that hardens like candle wax, and hard Metroplex water leaves mineral scale in older pipes. Jetting strips both away instead of boring a narrow channel through the middle. Your drains run freely for much longer.

Final Camera Check and Clear Report

After jetting, we send the camera back through to confirm the line is clean. You see the results on screen. We also point out any weak spots worth watching, so you know where your plumbing stands.

Hydro Jetting FAQs

Hydro Jetting Questions From Metroplex Homeowners

Hydro Jetting Questions From Metroplex Homeowners
How Is Hydro Jet Drain Cleaning Different From Drain Snaking?

A snake uses a rotating cable to break up or pull out one blockage. Hydro jet drain cleaning uses pressurized water to clean the entire inside of the pipe, including grease and scale that a cable slides past. Snaking is fine for a simple clog. Jetting is better for recurring or main line problems.

Is Sewer Line Jetting Safe for Older Pipes?

In most cases, yes. We adjust water pressure and nozzle type to suit the pipe material and its condition. That is also why we inspect with a camera first. If cast iron is badly corroded or clay pipe is broken, we will recommend repair before jetting, and our sewer cleaning and repair team can handle that work.

Will Hydro Jet Plumbing Get Rid of Tree Roots for Good?

Jetting clears the roots that are in the pipe today. However, roots can grow back through the same cracked joint over time. For homes with large trees near the sewer line, we often suggest maintenance jetting every year or two, or a permanent repair of the damaged section.

How Do I Know if I Need Hydro Jetting or a Sewer Repair?

The camera answers that question. If the pipe is intact but coated with grease, scale, or roots, jetting restores full flow. If the footage shows a collapsed section, a belly where water pools, or pipe that has pulled apart at a joint, jetting only buys time and the line needs a repair. We show you the video and explain which one your line needs before recommending either.

How Much Do Hydro Jetting Services Cost?

Price depends on the length of the line, how it is accessed, and what the camera finds. We give you a firm, upfront quote after the inspection and before any jetting starts. There are no hidden fees and no surprise add-ons.
