Residential Plumbing Services for Keller's Larger Custom Homes

Homes in Keller tend to be bigger than average, and so do their plumbing systems. Around Keller Town Center, Hidden Lakes, and Marshall Ridge, it's common to find two water heaters, long supply runs to upstairs baths, and sprinkler systems covering a wide yard. Many backyards now have an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, or a pool heater, and each of those needs a safe, properly sized gas line. More fixtures and longer pipe runs mean more places for a small problem to hide, so our drain cleaning services cover everything from a single slow fixture to a full main line inspection.

Keller's water is also hard. Over time, minerals build up inside tank water heaters, clog tankless heat exchangers, and crust over faucet aerators and shower heads. In the older neighborhoods near Old Town Keller and along Keller Parkway, mature oaks and pecans send roots toward sewer lines, so clogged drain cleaning and sewer line cleaning come up often. We use drain snaking for simple clogs and high pressure drain cleaning when roots, grease, or scale need to be cleared all the way back to the pipe wall, then confirm the line is clear with a camera.

Keller Homeowner FAQs

Keller Plumbing Questions About Drains, Water Heaters, and Gas Lines

Does Keller's hard water shorten the life of my water heater?

It can. Minerals settle at the bottom of a tank and coat the heating elements, which makes the heater work harder and wear out sooner. An annual flush, plus a softener if your scale buildup is heavy, can add years to a tank or tankless unit.

Can you run a gas line to my backyard kitchen or fire pit?

Yes. We plan the route, size the line for every appliance it will feed, and handle the required permit and pressure test. If you already have a line out back, we can inspect it and tell you whether it can safely carry another appliance.

How do I know if a slow drain needs hydro jet drain cleaning instead of snaking?

Snaking works well for a single clog in one fixture. If several drains are slow, the clog keeps returning, or a camera shows roots or heavy buildup in the main line, hydro jetting is the better choice because it scours the whole pipe clean.
